Detection and classification of objects of interest for watering mobile robot using image processing
Sladký, Jiří ; Šnajder, Jan (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with image processing on autonomous watering mobile robot using embedded computer NVIDIA Jetson Nano. A method for object detection, YOLOv5, was chosen, which served for detection of flowers and flower pots. Using a method for monocular depth estimation, MiDaS, relative depth map was predicted. An algorithm was created, which converted this map to metric depth map using data from LiDAR. Thanks to that, distance of the detected flowers could be estimated. The created tools were implemented in ROS framework and tested on real data form indoor environment.
Communication system for the blind - the fixed part
Botko, Ondřej ; Koton, Jaroslav (referee) ; Herman, Ivo (advisor)
The thesis deals with problems of navigation blind in buildings, where is not possibility navigation by GPS (Global Positioning System). This thesis contain resolution through the use of communication units, placed in floor of buildings. This comunication units, equipped with receiver and transmitter, can give direction for blind by send own identification to transceiver in speciál stick (the thesis does not contain solving of the stick), which can information blind of position. Two comunication unit solution are available, that differs by using component part. The main difference is in use control unit of circuit. First circuit use as control unit ATAR862-3 (microprocessor and transmitter in one case) and the second one use microprocessor ATmega 8L. Both component made by Atmel corporation. Circuit with ATmega 8L is more exacting on curent consumption, but solving this problem is available and communication unit has low pretensions and long life. The part of thesis is program, which solving communication protocol for no-problem communication between unit in floor and special stick.
Study of the dispersion of hazardous gas in an underground room.
Nosek, Štěpán
This study investigated airflow and pollutant dispersion in an underground room using two different ventilation methods: natural and forced ventilation. The experiment was conducted on a scale model of the room in a wind tunnel using physical modelling. The main objectives were to understand the airflow behaviour and dispersion of passive pollutants in a real environment under isothermal conditions.

Veronika Havlíčková Preference uživatelů marihuany: srovnání výsledků výzkumů z let 2015 a 2017 Preferences of a marijuana user: comparison of research results from 2015 and 2017 Diplomová práce Vedoucí práce: Ing. Jiří Vopravil, Ph.D. Praha, 2018 Abstract Background: Marijuana in Europe among the most widely used drugs. Her popularity among young people is increasing. According to research by the European Monitoring Center for Drugs and drug addiction are among the countries with the highest prevalence of cannabis use in Europe. Previous research does not specify consumption and ways to obtain marijuana on the black market, and do not provide much more information on domestic production. In recent years, widespread use of cannabis products used to treat health problems. Objective: The aim of the research was to determine how to change the preferences of active users of marijuana in the past two years in the event that grow cannabis themselves or cater to the black market. The partial aim was to clarify the data already published in the author's bachelor thesis on cannabis cultivation in different regions, cannabis seed types, cultivation...
Metody určování polohy v uzavřených prostorách prostřednictvím technologie iBeacon
Snopek, Jan
This thesis compares indoor location methods with emphasis on iBeacon technology and its potential. In the review part of the thesis, basic technological properties are outlined. Further, a concept of application for indoor location is proposed. Finally, a set of experiments is described and the results are evaluated.

Consumer protection within indoor sales events
Šebestík, Ondřej ; Horová, Olga (advisor) ; Růžička, Jan (referee)
This thesis analyzes the course of indoor sales events and compares the deviations between facts presented and the truth. The thesis also researches views and experiences of consumers by the virtue of interrogation and observation. The list of ways in which visitors can defend against violation of the rights of consumers is another part of this thesis. The aim of the thesis is to provide basis for predicting future development of indoor sales events through data collected and processed.
